I need to stop coming home from work feeling *exhausted*. I know I’m probably not looking after myself when I’m there, starting early, staying late, no breaks, working through lunch, forgetting to even eat half of the food I take in sometimes. I wish I could remind myself to step away from it all for a while (post it’s and reminders don’t work). Some days I’m not too bad at this, other days I’ll be almost literally sat in my chair for 10 hours. I get home feeling miserable as a result, don’t rest enough and I just bring myself a little bit further down every day as the week goes on
